DIFFERENTIATION
REGULATORY STANDING
FERC named PSG as an Approved Agency for LNG project oversight. BC OGC did the same for LNG facilities in British Columbia. These are designations regulators issue to firms they trust to act on their behalf. They are not certifications you can purchase or self-claim.
OWNER-SIDE INDEPENDENCE
The conflict of interest in EPC-aligned QA firms is structural: their next contract depends on the same EPC whose work they are auditing. PSG's revenue model has no such overlap. Findings get written. Reports get filed. Schedule pressure does not soften the verdict.
LEADERSHIP DEPTH
Manisha Sharma, PE Texas, is the FERC and BC OGC Approved Agency principal of record. She is named on every Agency engagement and reachable directly. PSG's senior inspectors average two decades each in LNG and heavy industrial inspection.

Designated to provide construction quality assurance, audits, and inspection support for LNG projects under 18 CFR Part 380.
BC OGC
Designated for LNG facility work under the BC Oil and Gas Activities Act and the Liquefied Natural Gas Facility Regulation.
Accreditations and registrations
ISO 9001:2015 certified through PSG's accredited registrar. WOSB certified and SAM registered for U.S. federal contracting. Inspector credentials (CWI, CSWIP, ASNT Level II/III, AMPP) are held by named individuals on each engagement.
